Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives

- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present technology insights to C-suite executives and board members for resource allocation decisions
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to cultivate internal talent and external collaboration
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning within Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption and innovation governance
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
