Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 3-year strategic technology roadmap aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory shifts
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into core offerings
- Quantify ROI and risk-mitigation strategies for experimental technology deployments
- Present compelling tech foresight narratives to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and mentor a cross-functional innovation task force
- Monitor global tech policy trends and anticipate regulatory impacts on innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum, AGI, neurotech, or climate tech
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology adoption curve analysis
