Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies with 2026 market viability (quantum AI, biotech convergence, AR/VR ecosystems)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across healthcare, logistics, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on innovation priorities
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology ROI and competitive disruption
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for early-stage technology scouting
- Present executive-level technology trend briefings to C-suite stakeholders
- Manage innovation budget allocation across experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience managing distributed R&D teams across 3+ time zones
- Strong understanding of ethical implications of exponential technologies
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and technology forecasting frameworks
