- Mentor 20+ engineers and scientists through quarterly innovation sprints

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years' experience
- Proven track record deploying AI/quantum solutions in production environments
- Published research in top-tier journals (e.g., Nature, Science) or 15+ patents
- Expertise in emerging tech ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST standards)
