Responsibilities

- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech trends with transformative potential
- Architect proof-of-concept frameworks for next-generation solutions in partnership with engineering teams
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget, allocating resources to high-impact R&D initiatives
- Build and lead a cross-disciplinary innovation lab focused on 3-5 year technology horizons
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups to access cutting-edge research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with proven experience in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech convergence
- Track record of successfully launching commercialized technology products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS) or technology management (e.g., CTO-level)
