Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligning with emerging market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives spanning quantum applications, AI ethics frameworks, and biotech convergence
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through patent analysis, academic partnerships, and venture scouting
- Develop future-proof business models for emerging tech verticals including decentralized systems and climate-positive computing
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board with data-driven scenario planning for 2026 market shifts
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile methodologies for next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies with $50M+ product lifecycle experience
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech systems
- Exceptional foresight abilities demonstrated through published industry forecasts or patented innovations
- Executive presence with experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technology disruption
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and patent landscape analysis methodologies
