Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in quantum/AI/sustainable tech
- Secure $5M+ in strategic partnerships and funding for pilot programs
- Present vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or product innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, circular economy)
- Proven success in launching at least two industry-defining initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Exceptional communication with executive stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
