Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across global operations
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions (AR/VR, blockchain, advanced AI)
- Present technology insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and thought leadership initiatives
- Ensure alignment between technology strategy and ESG/sustainability goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or next-gen infrastructure technologies
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
