In this position, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives to identify, evaluate, and integrate breakthrough technologies across our global operations. You'll partner with C-suite executives to develop forward-looking strategies that position InnovateForward as an industry pioneer while ensuring ethical implementation and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement technology roadmaps for 2026+ horizon, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and piloting next-gen solutions
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks to anticipate industry shifts and disruptor threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in emerging tech or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, SingularityU)
