Responsibilities
- Design and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) into core products
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive innovations and assess commercial viability
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for future technology adoption and deployment
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years relevant experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, or biotech preferred)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and market analysis tools
- Strong background in developing ethical AI/governance frameworks
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in fast-paced environments
- Certification in technology management (CTM, CTO, or equivalent) highly valued
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-tech commercialization projects
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
