Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and prioritize breakthrough technologies with 2026 market impact
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and industry disruption timelines
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging tech domains
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future technologies into commercial offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory implications for emerging innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong network within venture capital and academic research communities
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE, CMI)
