Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech fusion, neural interfaces) to develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into feasible product roadmaps
- Develop implementation frameworks for emerging technologies with ROI projections
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Build and lead a team of futurist analysts and technology scouts
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on industry adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Expertise in futures methodology and horizon scanning techniques
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex tech transitions
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
