Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps spanning 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into current portfolios
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain an innovation ecosystem with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Drive adoption of emerging standards and regulatory frameworks for next-gen tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 environments
- Proven track record forecasting tech trends with 85%+ accuracy (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum, AI, neurotech, or sustainable computing
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
