Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) with 2026 implementation targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in emerging tech domains
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Secure partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Build and manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching future-facing products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Experience developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Strong network connections with tech innovators and VCs
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
