Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (e.g., synthetic biology, quantum internet) and assess commercial viability
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups to accelerate technology adoption cycles
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI on technology incubation projects

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Strategy; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
