- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive innovation sprints with agile methodologies to accelerate time-to-market
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring impact on industry transformation
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching breakthrough technologies (3+ products)
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making capabilities
- Exceptional communication with executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Published research or patents in technology innovation (demonstrated)
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or grants
