Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and patent trend forecasting
- Build and manage strategic vendor partnerships for emerging tech ecosystems
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption ROI
- Present disruption scenarios and innovation blueprints to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists and foster an experimental culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or innovation management
- Experience with scenario planning and disruption analysis methodologies
- Demonstrable success in scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
