Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum computing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Secure and manage innovation grants from federal and private sector partners
- Present visionary technology frameworks to investors and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with federal grant applications (SBIR, DARPA, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
