Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, biotech integration) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on futuristic technology applications
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts to mitigate risks and capitalize on trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Executive-level experience developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Track record of scaling innovative solutions from concept to commercial deployment
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and scenario modeling frameworks
- Certification in emerging technology (e.g., Quantum Computing from IBM or Google AI) highly desirable
