Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate R&D
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, patent development, and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within high-growth tech companies
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, bio-convergence)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Strong track record of launching commercialized tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
