Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across 5 key business verticals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and research teams
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions and technology incubators
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and innovation impact
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or Innovation Management
- 8+ years experience in technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Proven track record of translating research into commercial applications
- Exceptional strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
