Responsibilities

- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof capabilities
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neuro interfaces
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with agile methodologies and tech innovation frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Published work or patents in future technologies preferred
