Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities in AR/VR and neuromorphic computing
- Develop patentable frameworks for human-AI symbiotic systems
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and NASA on cutting-edge research initiatives
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical technology development
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy frameworks
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus algorithms and DeFi protocols
- Certification in Quantum Computing from IBM or Google
- Experience leading $10M+ R&D budgets
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
