Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, Web4.0) and assess market viability
- Design and pilot innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic technologies into commercial offerings
- Build and manage an external network of academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure ROI on R&D investments
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks and responsible tech deployment practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, blockchain, advanced robotics)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
- Experience building and leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Deep understanding of global tech policy, regulatory landscapes, and ethical implications
