- Present technology forecasts and ROI projections to executive leadership
- Drive prototyping and validation of next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible technology deployment
- Monitor competitor innovations and regulatory shifts affecting tech strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Strong financial modeling and strategic planning capabilities
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
