Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) through 2026
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop innovation frameworks and prioritize R&D investments
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to commercialize emerging tech
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products/services
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation
