Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) for market viability and strategic alignment
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning 2024-2026 with measurable milestones
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities across product lines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Build and maintain partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with dedicated innovation budgets
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google Cloud AI) preferred
- Experience managing innovation budgets of $500K+
