Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and organizational goals
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech) for strategic adoption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical tech deployment and risk mitigation
- Represent company at global tech forums (Web Summit, CES, etc.) as thought leader
- Drive R&D investments through data-driven ROI modeling and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., Gartner, Forrester methodologies)
- Experience with international tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and investor audiences
