Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech innovation with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional R&D projects with $5M+ annual budgets
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and quantum applications
- Present disruptive innovation strategies to global stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior futurists and build an innovation ecosystem
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with ethical tech governance frameworks
