Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership within high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR) and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic initiatives
- Experience securing $1M+ budgets for experimental technology projects
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-tech implementation at scale
