- Architect cross-functional innovation ecosystems bridging R&D, product, and customer experience teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and drive implementation of pilot projects
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI, iterating strategies based on performance data
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating insights into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, biotech, or sustainable tech) and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable frameworks
- Credibility with executive stakeholders and experience influencing C-suite decisions
