Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business growth and market disruption
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) into product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and trend forecasting for 3-5 year horizons
- Partner with C-suite to align technology initiatives with revenue targets and ESG goals
- Present strategic recommendations to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Build and lead a global network of technology futurists and academic partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum systems, generative AI, climate tech, or neuro interfaces
- Executive presence with board-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling teams from prototype to market-ready solutions
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
