- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligning with organizational vision and industry disruption timelines
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for cutting-edge research
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across enterprise operations
- Mentor junior strategists in future technology methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record forecasting and implementing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, neurotech, or climate-tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication expertise
