Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead market research on emerging technologies including blockchain, biotech, and AR/VR
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen tech solutions in production environments
- Create frameworks for ethical AI development and sustainable tech adoption
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating technology trends into business value
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making capabilities
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFTE)
- Experience working with agile development methodologies
