Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead innovation sprints exploring quantum applications, generative AI, and biotech convergence
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate emerging tech into enterprise strategy
- Manage a $5M+ R&D portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis and risk mitigation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile development of prototype solutions
- Represent company at global tech summits and publish industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- MS/MBA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching at least two commercialized innovations
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
