- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for future tech domains
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage vendor partnerships and academic collaborations for R&D initiatives
- Drive adoption of futuristic solutions through change management frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven experience translating futuristic concepts into scalable business models
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data-driven mindset
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M annually
