- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop patentable technology frameworks and intellectual property strategies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Maintain partnerships with Silicon Valley VCs and academic research institutions
- Build and mentor an innovation lab team focused on next-gen technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing future-tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Strategic MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
