Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps aligning with ESG mandates and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Analyze global tech policy shifts to inform corporate strategy and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford research labs on pilot programs for next-gen innovations
- Present strategic briefings to Fortune 500 partners and UN sustainability forums
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget allocation for experimental technology incubation
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact on climate resilience
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or Big Tech
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technologies
- Certification in AI Governance (e.g., Stanford) or Quantum Computing fundamentals
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Security clearance for federal tech collaboration projects (preferred)
