Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) with strategic business implications
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning technological capabilities with market opportunities through 2030
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating disruptive solutions in our Future Lab incubator
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research pioneers to accelerate R&D cycles
- Present visionary technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members with actionable implementation plans
- Mentor junior innovators while fostering a culture of ethical experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (e.g., quantum applications, neuromorphic computing, decentralized systems)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- Experience leading global innovation teams with demonstrated ability to translate vision into execution
- Deep understanding of technology convergence patterns and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
