Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead strategic initiatives in emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI, and carbon-negative tech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Present technology strategy to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Build and manage a $5M innovation portfolio for prototyping and pilot programs
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing legacy systems and architectures
- Represent InnovateX at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-ups
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 7-figure revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Experience securing multi-million dollar R&D grants or venture partnerships
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business/Technology
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent innovation framework
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or HBR on future tech topics
