Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ in future technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging tech (quantum/AI/AR)
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Experience leading global R&D teams with $10M+ budgets
- Strong network with Silicon Valley VCs and academic institutions
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, C++, etc.)
