Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) aligned with 2026 market projections
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-focused concepts
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate technological foresight into corporate strategy
- Build and maintain partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership with proven impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives or products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience working in agile environments with rapid prototyping cycles
