Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration into global markets
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives
- Present findings to industry leaders at global tech forums
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental projects
- Mentor a team of 12+ researchers and engineers
- Publish thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or climate tech
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $3M
- Prior speaking engagements at Web Summit, CES, or similar events
- Published research in Nature or Science journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global partnerships)
