Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead R&D initiatives in neural interfaces and human-machine symbiosis
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic research institutions and tech incubators
- Oversee pilot programs for decentralized autonomous systems (DAS)
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published research in IEEE or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
