Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic relevance
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities
- Present technology assessments and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive technology landscapes
- Drive pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies
- Deep understanding of at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and driving organizational change
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, accelerators, labs)
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
