Responsibilities
- Architect and operationalize the 2026 technology roadmap, integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech innovations
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with MIT, Stanford, and NASA partnerships
- Develop patent portfolios protecting next-gen AI and biotech breakthroughs
- Shape regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and digital identity
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor a team of 15 futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Systems Engineering with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives from prototype to production
- Expertise in technology lifecycle management for $100M+ portfolios
- Deep understanding of global tech policy (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Security clearance preferred (current or obtainable)
