- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a portfolio of emerging technology pilots with $2M+ annual budget
- Forge strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and research institutions
- Mentor junior strategists and organize quarterly innovation symposiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML solutions to enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across global markets
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Security clearance eligibility for government partnerships
