Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, neural interfaces) impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop comprehensive 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions (Web4, decentralized systems, biotech integrations)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for R&D acceleration
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, patent development, and thought leadership publications
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning) and trend analysis tools

- Track record leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science)
