Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and prototyping of emerging technologies including quantum computing, advanced AI, and biotech convergence
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech initiatives into product roadmaps
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on 5-10 year horizon technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present technology foresight reports to stakeholders and drive adoption of innovative solutions
- Manage R&D budget allocation for future technology incubation projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, nanotech)
- Track record of successfully launching disruptive products with market-first positioning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across technical and business domains
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
