Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026, prioritizing emerging trends and disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and evaluate next-gen technologies (quantum, AR/VR, bio-integrated systems)
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to position InnovateX at the forefront of tech evolution
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into commercial offerings
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring responsible innovation
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI and impact metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them to business value
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite decisions
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CIMP) preferred
